I'm very disappointed with the customer service experience. The team was unhelpful, gave wrong information, and showed no real effort to resolve my issue. It's frustrating to deal with such poor communication and lack of support from RTA's customer service. I've had the worst experience I ever had

Was initially happy to use the digital card with my S23 ultra. but lately it working badly, most of the time i need to restart my phone for the card to working. especially poor performance when using the readers in bus. currently the convenience is turning out to be more inconvenient

Huge bug, while personalizing my gold card through the app, the chip got damaged and I lost my 71 AED plus the 30 AED inside. Called RTA, went to the ticketing office all to no availe. 100 AED literallly disappeared!! That's a huge fail in software maintainance. MAKE SURE YOU CONNECT YOUR CARD WITH YOUR ID CARD BEFORE USING THIS APP!!
