I reported over 4 months ago how the new area is messed up. I was told it's a known issue. after 2 months of a known issue they asked for video of it. After 4 months I'm still being told it will be fixed as soon as possible. Nothing is being done. This new company doesn't care about its customers. Doesn't matter how long you plated, how much you played or how much you spent. They have ruined the auction houses, the values, and the game itself.

I changed the fast graphics like it was suggested. It didn't work. I don't know why you can't fix the problem. I use rupture or defensive formation skill and the game disconnects me. This is inexcusable as its been a problem for over six months! Do you not care enough about your product to fix this issue? I try to file a report to support and surprise...it also doesn't work. After three different phones I'm still experiencing same problem.

The new company that owns the game doesn't care about the wants, or needs of their player base. They have allowed the game to stay in states of unplayability for multiple days when all that was needed was a server reset. In over a year, the only new content is a chest (lootbox) that had no chance of producing the desired items. Game is riddled with bugs, and the dev team doesn't work on weekends. So if there's an issue Friday, it will persist until at least Monday. Don't play under deca.
