Terrible app you cannot relie on it. I needed to look for a clinic close to me and on the app i saw the clinic was opened at 9 am today Saturday. it was 15 minutes walk from me, no bus. I decided to do so. Found out it is opened at 10.30am. Looked at another one around, it states opened at 9.30 ... when I go there it actually opens from 8 am. even phone numbers on the app don't work, so be careful and do your own research.

Fix your clinic search engine. Showing clinics that don’t even exist, and the Directions button leads to some random carpark instead of the actual place. I’m already sick and now have to waste time, energy, and patience, thanks to this nonsense. This is ridiculous.

Terrible experience. Had a visit at a specialist and was required to show my ecard. Opened the app to learn that an update is required. When I click on 'update', Google Play store is returning an error. The app did not reappear in the store until later in the afternoon. Biometric login does not work. Update 9/4/24: log in not working. Despite updating the password many times, authentication failed. I wasted 15 minutes trying to make it work and was late for my appointment. Don't bother.
