Seems pretty good so far after getting switched over from Marcus for the GM card. Cannot find a way to open another account like online savings in the app. Must have to use the website. I lowered the rating, I have had multiple transactions show up in the app one day then disappear the next day and reappear later. I'm not sure what's going on.

The Barclays app used to be good, but not anymore. Whoever messed around with it should be fired. Some screens can easily be read. Other pages the font size is way too big and you don't know who the charge is from. The scrolling feature doesn't work properly to view charges. I'd be better off getting paper statements in the mail again! You also can't redeem points on the app. You can only do so on the actual website. What a waste of an app. ...and yes, I do have Android 12 already on my phone!!

Hi. The Barclays app now requires the Android 12 operating system or above. Please go to Settings on your device to confirm what version OS you are running, and update it to at least version 12. If your device cannot be updated to OS version 12, you can log in to BarclaysUS.com to manage your account. Thank you, Renlyn.

Terrible app for terrible bank. I got the Aviator card and made a $117 purchase .. I was given an alert to pay the statement, so I did. But apparently the default is that it only sends an alert AFTER the payment was already due (?!), so I got slammed with $29 late fee, which I didn't know about and so didn't log on again for payment (since I made no more charges), and then that balance got slammed AGAIN. $63 in late fees for a $117 purchase, all due to shady alert defaults. AVOID Barclays!
