On the ZYXEL model, cord plugs into 2.5gWAN not the LAN. Hexagon white/silver pods -NO LIGHT when working correctly or no power (a design flaw I agree) Evolution Digital has a power toggle switch on back and normally takes 30 seconds BEFORE it starts to light up at all! (also the modem plugs into the LAN/WAN port NOT LAN, and your "main pod" will have more lights than extenders. ex: 4+ on "Main pod" and 3+ on any "extenders or boosters" Trust me, or call and confirm with support.

I was told it would be $50/month. it's $75/month. I was told when the power goes out that I'll still have internet. That was a lie!!! You share a sign-on name with every other customer unless you change it manually!!! Worst company EVER!!! I'm canceling and going back to Spectrum! 😠 😡

Not ideal if you care about your own cyber security. Very limited functionality. Not to mention terrible customer service. If you have other choices for service in your area, then you shouldn't be here.
