App is mostly great, but the payment process is broken. Not sure how this has so many great reviews. Every time I go to pay it says my saved card has been declined. Then when I try to delete it, it gives me an error message. So every time I order I have to manually re-enter my credit card (it doesn't allow auto fill). Fix the payment process and it goes to 5 star.

I've been ordering from Slim Chickens for a long time. They have begun adding service fee charges to orders. Why would anyone use the app if they're going to charge service fees? It's not a normal credit card percentage fee either. It seems to be based on how many items you ordered. Also, the rewards expiring nonsense is annoying. If you don't visit them frequently enough, your built up points expire. Since it takes several visits to earn 50 points for a $4 discount, that's very annoying.

Good food! Experience is always great. My app no longer works, and I've tried every which way to earn my reward points from my order since it's become easier to just walk in to the store. I wish they would do something for my Android phone, or at the very least (which would mean the very most) have an easily linkable "Earn points" within the website, once logged in, instead of trying to direct me to an app that doesn't work for me. Yes, it was updated, deleted and reinstalled with no change.
